If you wish we will assist you in arranging a mortgage or, if you have already made your financial arrangements, we will liaise with your property lenders or their representatives to help pave the way to satisfactory completion.
When buying your home, you may incur certain expenses. Come and talk to us and we will guide you through what these are likely to be. Then, if a suitable property comes on the market, you are able to make a quick decision and avoid being pipped at the post.
When you first call us, we will ask what type of property you are looking for. We have local staff who will be able to advise you about schools, public transport, shops, medical and sports facilities and other amenities.
When you have found a property you would like to buy, call us and we will submit the offer to the vendor. Exchange of contracts occurs when both parties have signed and, upon exchange, both parties become legally committed to the transaction. The legal representatives will then agree a completion date when the property becomes yours.
