I was in there one day nick took customers washing out of machine and used it for another load customer came back was told machine was playing up no refund offered to him nick is rude likes talking about customers behind there backs it's disgusting that he did not offer refund to the couple at all £10_12 pound is alot to spend on one load is washing get nick out he is so very rude and unfriendly

Ni k is so rude very rude he took our washing out of machine and we had to do it again which £10 sprinted on washing we struggle to feed ourselves let alone our daughter he never offered us a refund he cannot cope with the amount of work he has going in unfriendly we won't be going back there no way it's disgusting the way he talks about people behind there backs as well get him out he not friendly at all
