About Us...

The newly refurbished Hicks Bar and restaurant, visitor centre and shop are now open Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 7.00pm. Our friendly service team will be happy to serve you breakfast, lunch and dinner or help you choose any of our award winning beers.

Our new Access All Areas Brewers Tours will run every Friday from 2pm and give you exclusive access to our brewers and the opportunity to soak up the Brewery's history and learn more about our beer making process direct from the experts.

It's Finally Here!
Based on an original Cornish recipe Mena Dhu means Black Hill and is named after the farm that was owned by Walter hicks, the founder of St Austell Brewery. This is a new generation stout that combines the best of the old with added complexity and refreshment.
